When was the last time you did something purely because it brought you joy?
Not because it was productive.
Not because someone needed you.
Not because it was on your to-do list.
Just because it
felt good..

So many women spend their days looking after everyone else. Working.
Running businesses. Being mums, grandmas, partners, carers and friends.
Somewhere along the way, many of us lose touch with play, laughter and the parts of ourselves that feel most alive.
Permission To Play is a gentle, supportive women's circle designed to help you reconnect with yourself through mindfulness, movement, reflection and fun.
No pressure.
No expectations.
No need to be good at anything.
Just an opportunity to step away from everyday responsibilities
and remember what it feels like to
simply enjoy
being you!

PRESENCE
A welcoming circle to slow down, breathe and arrive.
Together we will explore:
THEN COMES THE FUN PART...
🧡 BUBBLES 🧡 HOOPS 🧡 SKIPPING 🧡 ROPES 🧡 MOVEMENT 🧡 LAUGHTER 🧡 PLAYFULNESS
The kind of things many of us haven’t done for years because we’ve convinced ourselves we’re too old. too busy, or too sensible.

We'll finish with a gentle grounding and reflection circle, giving you space to notice what came up for you and what you'd like to take away from the experience.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF...
You're tired of always putting yourself last
You want more joy, laughter and lightness in your life
You miss having fun without needing a reason
You want to reconnect with who you are beneath all the responsibilities
You're craving connection with like-minded women
You'd love to feel more confident trusting yourself

Play isn't something we grow out of.
It's something many of us forget.

A Note From Sam
As a Children's Creative Counsellor, I spend my days encouraging young people to express themselves through creativity and play.
The impact is incredible.
Recently, I brought elements of movement, play and self-love into a women's circle and witnessed something beautiful.
The laughter. The confidence. The connection.
The willingness to let go and simply enjoy the moment.
It reminded me that play isn't just for children.
It's something we all need.
Permission To Play is an invitation to step outside of your responsibilities for a little while and reconnect with the joyful, playful parts of yourself that are still there waiting to be rediscovered.

I'd love for you to
join us.
